Ankle Stability Ball

$4.00

This ankle stability ball was created to use while doing ankle and foot rehab exercises. Place this ball just behind the medial malleolus (inside ankle bone) and hold it in one place by squeezing your ankles together. This will promote more engagement of tibialis posterior, giving you a great challenge during plié, rise, forced arch, and relevé exercises.
