Dr. Stephen Gray, BMTP, DC

A graduate of the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College, Dr. Gray is also certified/trained in Active Release Technique, clinical and athletic taping, mental health first aid (CAMH), Smarttools (IASTM), Progressive Ballet Technique, Pilates Process Teacher Training Program, Athletic Movement Assessment (Lower Limb), Concussion Detection & Management (U of Calgary), Thompson Technique, Functional Range Conditioning, and McMaster University’s Medical Acupuncture Program. Prior to his clinical journey, Dr. Gray performed for over 15 years as a member of CAEA, AEA, and ACTRA across North America (Stratford, Broadway tour, Degrassi), and has taught for Toronto Metropolitan University, Sheridan College, Centennial College, George Brown College, DUBO Force (Mexico), as well as Taipei, Taiwan, the National Dance Institute (Albequerque) and Rochester School for the Arts. He has also choreographed for Sandals Resort Turks & Caicos, Neptune Theatre, Theatre Aquarius, and Etobicoke School for the Arts. Stephen has adjudicated across Canada, as well as a music and dance festival in Taiwan. Stephen has also written over 20 articles for four dance magazines and holds a Honours Bachelor in Music Theatre Performance.

Julia Walton, RMT

Julia is a graduate of Sutherland-Chan School of Massage Therapy, Vimy Ridge Dance Program (Edmonton School of Ballet), George Brown Dance, and has completed a mentorship through Ballet Jörgen under Bengt Jörgen. Throughout her massage training, Julia has had the opportunity to work with dancers, athletes, including Sutherland-Chan’s postural clinic, seniors clinic, multiple sclerosis clinic, as well as a variety of patients of all ages and experience. Julia has experience treating a variety of musculoskeletal conditions such as headaches, neck pain, TMJ disorders, frozen shoulder, low back pain, running injuries, and extremity conditions as well as sessions geared towards relaxation or mental wellbeing and digestion issues. Julia combines fascial work, Swedish massage, joint mobilizations, and trigger point therapy. Julia strives to always create a safe, welcoming and inclusive environment for all of her patients, new and returning. Julia is also a sought after lecturer having lectured for The Toronto Dance Teacher Expo, City Dance Arts, and for the Canadian Dance Teacher Association. Outside of the clinic, Julia spends her time training in ballet (pointe), pole dancing, as well as performing around the city as a freelance dancer with several entertainment companies.
