Frequently Asked Questions

Does everyone get exercises as a part of their treatment plan?

Yes! Every patient is offered some sort of active care to help them achieve their goals quickly and efficiently.

Why exercise as a part of treatment?

As much as we can accomplish during your time in the clinic, much more of your week is spent outside, at work, and at home. This means, if we can capitalize on the time spent at home or work with small exercises to implement throughout your day, you will improve function and pain outcomes that much more quickly!

What happens when my exercises become too easy?

Modifications can always be made to increase or decrease difficulty of an exercise. Options that are equipment free can also be explored. We want all patients to not only understand their rehab exercises inside and out, but we always want to optimum balance of safety and challenge.
